Summit Creek
IFR owns 8.2112% of Significant Discovery License #140 in the Summit Creek area. Husky Oil Operations is the operator of the development, with Taqa North Ltd. holding 32.5%. There is no expiration on leases held by the Summit SDL.
Testing on the site has confirmed several productive intervals with a hydrocarbon column of 600 feet. Two zones were production tested flowing at combined rates of 20 MMCF/D and 6,000 barrels per day of condensate.
The site is about 70km away from the oil pipeline from the Norman Wells oilfield heading to Zama, Alberta - Norman Wells has produced more than 275 million barrels of oil.
