Devo Creek P-45 Well Has Been Abandoned



International Frontier Resources Corporation ("IFR") reports that the Devo Creek P-45 well located on EL-401 in the Central Mackenzie Valley, Northwest Territories has been abandoned.

The Company holds a 3% interest in EL-401 (326,000 gross acres) and a 10.875% interest in 727,000 gross, 79,060 net acres covering EL-391, EL-397, EL-416 and nine Freehold leases in the Central Mackenzie Valley, Northwest Territories.

The Company and partners started to explore in the area in 1999 and have acquired over 800 kilometers of 2D seismic and two areomag surveys in the area. The Company's interpretation of this data has identified a number prospect leads and firm drilling locations that will be evaluated over the course of the next two winter drilling seasons.
