May 03, 2010 IFR increases interests in Central Mackenzie Valley, NWT AcreageInternational Frontier Resources Corporation ("IFR" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has increased its equity interest from 15% to 25% in three freehold parcels located in the Central Mackenzie Valley, NWT. The leases include parcels M-37, M-38 and M-39 which in aggregate cover an area of 31,936 gross acres (7,984 net acres). Parcel M-38 is located within the productive area covered by the Stewart Lake Significant Discovery Licenses 138 & 139. The Company acquired the additional equity by paying its pro-rata share of lease retention costs surrendered by two parties. The Company also reported today that Mark Powell has resigned as Vice President Exploration and as a Director of the Company. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mark for his contribution and for serving as a Director of the Company. International Frontier is engaged in the exploration for and development of oil and gas reserves in the Northwest Territories, Canada.
