International Frontier Resources Announces 2019 Fourth Quarter and Year-end Financial and Operating Results



Calgary, Alberta -- April 29, 2020 -- International Frontier Resources Corporation ("IFR" or the "Company") (TSX-V: IFR) (OTCQB: IFRTF) reported today its financial and operating results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019. In addition, the Company today announces the filing of its Annual Information Form ("AIF") for the year ended December 31, 2019, which contains the Company's reserves and other oil and natural gas information, as required under National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure of Oil and Gas Activities. The AIF, financial statements and MD&A are available for review at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.internationalfrontier.com. All dollar figures are in Canadian dollars.

The Company reported a consolidated net loss of $762,695 ($0.02 loss per share) for the three months ended December 31, 2019 compared to a net loss of $6,324,000 ($0.04 per share) for the same period in 2018 and consolidated net loss for the year ended December 31, 2019 of $2,883,860 ($0.02 loss per share) as compared to a consolidated net loss of $8,861,450 ($0.06 loss per share) at December 31, 2018. In 2019, the Company had a net loss from operations of $409,395.

Subsequent to year-end 2019 IFR announced:

On January 17, 2020, the Corporation announced the successful completion of the previously announced rights offering (the "Offering"), subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Offering was over-subscribed and at closing, IFR issued 69,540,554 common shares of the Company (each a "Common Share") at a price of $0.01 per Common Share, raising total gross proceeds of approximately $695,406. A total of 28,329,345 Common Shares were issued under the basic subscription privilege and an additional 41,211,209 Common Shares were issued under the additional subscription privilege. As of the closing date, 243,391,939 Common Shares of IFR are issued and outstanding.
